After stretching and relaxing with whole body circular and spiral movements from Wild Goose Qigong, we will introduce and practice Tai Chi Easy.
Tai Chi Easy™ is a Qigong form that stays true to the principles of the longer traditional Tai Chi forms. The 5 Tai Chi Easy movements developed by Dr. Roger Jahnke, OMD make it easy and fun to experience the benefits of tai chi right from the beginning.
This practice helps increase joint flexibility, balance, circulation, range of motion and maintain muscle strength. It also soothes and rewires the nervous system and increases cognitive function and brain plasticity.
Class meets on Thursday mornings from 9AM - 10AM @ 2266 California St. San Francisco 94115 (ring bell on touch screen on right side of building for entry)
