Cultivate Health & Vitality with Qigong

Using Movement, Breath, Meditation and Self-Applied Massage we relax, break up stagnation and facilitate the movement of Qi through the body to optimize health, cultivate vitality and build health resiliency.

We may incorporate movements from a variety of traditions, with an emphasis on the whole body circular and spiral movements from the Wild Goose Qigong

Qigong practice may: Reduce effects of stress • Activate natural healing mechanisms. • Optimize immune function • Lower incidence of upper respiratory infections such as colds and flu • Build balance, flexibility, strength & agility.

Wild Goose Qigong is a movement-oriented qigong known for its lovely and graceful movements that suggest the image of an innocent and carefree Wild Goose.

Reduce stress, and feel more ease in your body as you practice the beautiful movements in this form which also increase balance, strength, agility and flexibility.

By moving Qi through the body we optimize health, cultivate vitality and build health resiliency.
