Staying true to the principles of the longer tai chi forms, the 5 Tai Chi Easy™ movements developed by Dr. Roger Jahnke, OMD make it easy and fun to experience the benefits of tai chi right from the beginning.
This practice helps increase joint flexibility, balance, circulation, range of motion and maintain muscle strength. It also soothes and rewires the nervous system and increases cognitive function and brain plasticity.
Join me in Lower Pacific Heights for this 5-week Tai Chi Easy™ class series for beginners. Single class drop-ins are also welcome
• Dates: Thursdays January 10, 15, 24, 31, February 7 (5 Thursdays)
• Time: 9AM - 10AM
• Location: 2266 California St. San Francisco CA 94115 @ Webster (ring bell on touch screen at right side of the building for entry)
• Cost: $100/person for the full series. $25/person for single class drop-in. Drop-ins are welcome but I highly recommend that you attend the whole series if possible.
