In this class, we will explore basic principles and foundational movements from the beautiful Wild Goose Qigong forms.

The whole body dance-like circular and spiral movements of Wild Goose Qigong improve health, reduce stress, calm the mind and make us feel great! 

These very powerful techniques of movement, breathing and mental focus can help anyone to achieve and maintain better energy balance and with that higher levels of performance.

Relax, reduce stress and feel more ease in your body as you practice these beautiful movements which also increase balance, strength and flexibility naturally.

No prior experience is necessary • All ages and levels are welcome

Location: Lafayette Park (Pacific Heights) @ Washington St. between Laguna & Gough. Meet at the top of the hill, facing the bay.
